The goods

Salolegen sells household items and accessories, interior organizers, hand tools, and home decor items free of medical or pharmacological components. In the details for each item, we indicate specifications, weight, diameter, and included accessories. Photographs show the product for visual purposes; outer packaging may show minor design changes.

Ordering and contract

The purchase offer is submitted at online checkout. You will receive a summary email; the contractual agreement is finalized upon handover to the carrier. We reserve the right to reject an order if the cast iron is out of stock or the contact details are unreliable, immediately refunding any amount paid in advance.

Prices and payment

All figures are displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Courier costs appear in the cart before completion. Accepted payment methods are Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. If an obvious pricing error appears before dispatch, we may update the price and let you decide whether to confirm the order or cancel it.

Costs, timelines, and delivery options can be reviewed in the Shipping and Payments section. Goods travel at our risk until they are physically handed over to you.

Product images and colours

Images show the actual items dispatched from our warehouse. Color rendering may vary depending on screen, browser, and room lighting; a slight difference in shade does not constitute a defect or entitle you to a free return or refund. Dimensions, cast iron type, and finishes are specified on each model's product sheet.

Transfer of risk

We remain responsible for the parcel until the courier delivers it to you or a designated recipient at the stated address. From that point on, risk of damage or loss transfers to you. If you notice visible dents on the box, report them to the driver immediately and email us within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

We accept product returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original packaging, as detailed on the Returns page. All products sold are covered by the twenty-four-month legal warranty of conformity under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), starting from the date the item is delivered to the final customer.

• Custom-made items or clearly personalized at the customer's request
• Perishable goods or items subject to rapid structural or qualitative deterioration
• Sealed household care or hygiene products unsealed by the consumer after delivery
• Goods that, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed with other items
• Digital media, audiovisual recordings, or software seals unsealed by the consumer

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in Italy, the total liability of Salolegen S.r.l. arising from the performance of the sales contract shall under no circumstances exceed the total amount actually paid by the customer for the disputed order or the fixed value of 100 EUR. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes statutory consumer rights under mandatory law.

Age and use

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Products must be used according to their instructions; our cookware cooks well, but does not substitute medical advice.

Governing law and disputes

These general terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law and European Union legislation, subject to the jurisdiction of the consumer's court where applicable. If we cannot resolve an issue directly, jurisdiction lies with the courts where the seller has its registered office, without prejudice to mandatory rights granted to consumers in their country of residence.
